The lake of Törökbálint, which fundamentally determines the atmosphere of TóPARK is the largest lake in the proximity of Budapest with its continuous water surface of nearly 40 hectares. The lake of the size of Margaret Island creates the ideal environment for an active lifestyle, which includes sports as well as recreational programs, relaxation and undisturbed enjoyment of the silence of nature. However, the lake is not only the background of, but also an active player in the TóPARK development.

You may select from colorful opportunities, such as fishing, cozy lakeside restaurants, a running course around the lake and open-air grilling. Measurements taken in the area of TóPARK also verify the experience, that compared to noisier, more polluted towns the larger green area and fresh air ensure more balanced work and life conditions. We have found similar examples in numerous member states of the European Union but in Hungary TóPARK is the first investment of the size of a city, where the environment is protected by, among others, the use of integrated alternative energy.
