WWIG is backed by high net worth, high credit quality financial investors. Its investments include office buildings, logistics centres, commercial and residential property developments. The group manages assets worth over 500 million Euros. The name of its management is associated with the construction of Belle Époque Office Building, Vendel Park logistics centre, PetroCartel Ingatlanbank franchise network, participation in the implementation of MOM Park city centre and total realisation of TóPARK project in Hungary. The chairman of the board of WWIG S.A. Luxembourg is Farbod Lotfi, its vice chairman is Dr. Gábor Petrovszky and board members are László Virágos and Prof. Dr. Karl Radnóczy Ph.D.
Supervisory Board
Farbod Lotfi, chairman of the board of WWIG S.A. Luxembourg is a finance professional with extensive experience in Central Eastern Europe. He was the CEO of Deutsche Bank between 2000 and 2008. Before joining Deutsche Bank Group, he was deputy general manager responsible for the finances of a regional industrial company (Cofinec NV). Before that his professional career mainly concentrated on the capital market and the stock exchange. Between 1994 and 1998 he was the CEO of ING Értékpapír Rt. and the general manager of BSE (1992 – 1993), then a member and deputy chairman of the Stock Exchange Council between 1995 and 1998. As the chairman of the board of WWIG S.A. Luxembourg, Farbod Lotfi currently focuses on the management of the financing and capital transactions of TóPARK.
Dr. Gábor Petrovszky, vice chairman of the board of WWIG S.A. Luxembourg oversees everyday operation of the group with his property-specific knowledge and 20 years of experience gained in real estate trade. He is the man who dreamt up TóPARK project and his name is also attached to the development of Belle Époque office building and Vendel Park logistics and warehouse centre, he was the sales consultant of MOM Park development and the Hungarian founder of PetroCartel Ingatlanbank franchise. He has arranged as many as a thousand apartment sales and office lease transactions. He has been vice president of the Hungarian Real Estate Association for six years.
László Virágos has been a member of the board of WWIG S.A. Luxembourg since January 2006 and his responsibilities include supervision of the corporate group’s operation and his special focus is to oversee TóPARK Shopping Mall project. His name is associated with the development of Terracotta Hungary, an outstanding player on the domestic retail and wholesale trading market. His activities extended to the supply and logistics of domestic discount retail and wholesale stores. He is an outstanding expert of international and Hungarian commercial networks.
Prof. Dr. Karl Radnóczy, Ph.D. is an internationally acknowledged lawyer. In addition to his legal activities, he is a member of the general management of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the 90s the professional was a member of the boards of international bank networks, such as Hypo-Bank of Hungary and HVB Hungary, and he was the general manager of HVB-Hypothekenbank Hungary. Earlier – after nearly twenty years of professional experience as Equity Partner at one of the top 10 German legal offices – he founded a legal office network in Zurich, Munich and Budapest. One of the most important stages of his legal career is the university professor position he currently fulfils.
The portfolio of WWIG is managed by Walker and Williams Investment Group Hungary Zrt. The Hungarian subsidiary is 100% owned by WWIG S.A. Luxembourg. A member of the board and operative executive of WWIG Hungary Zrt. is Erzsébet Szikszay Bádonfai in the position of Group Chief Operating Officer; the chairman of the board is Zsolt Berta and an additional board member is dr. Sándor Fekete.

Erzsébet Szikszay Bádonfai in the position of Group Chief Operating Officer oversees the centralised operation of the corporate group as the operative executive of WWIG. The professional with management experience of over twenty years was the deputy general manager responsible for finance of Antenna Hungária Zrt. for ten years before fulfilling her position at the company. Before that she filled the finance director and managing director position at UTI Rt. that is one of the predecessor corporate groups of Invitel. She gained her professional experience at Nestlé Hungária Kft., GE- Tungsram Rt. and Kereskedelmi és Hitelbank Rt. earlier.
Zsolt Berta, chairman of the board of directors of WWIG Hungary Zrt. has ten years of investment consulting and management experience. As of March 2008 he has been coordinating the company’s operation at the head of WWIG Hungary Zrt, From November 2007 he has been a member of the management of TóPARK project, furthermore, his name is attached to laying the foundation of TóPARK City Centre Operator and Services Zrt. As of 2007 he was the CEO and before that a board member of ÁBP Zrt. From 2005 he worked as the investment director of SHV Holding Kft. In 2003 he became the managing director of Royal Investment Kft., in 2001 the general manager of Pacific East Rt. and before that, as of 2000 he had filled the position of strategic consultant at CSAPI.
dr. Sándor Fekete is a member of the board of WWIG Hungary Zrt. Before his appointment at WWIG Hungary Zrt., in 2003 he founded a legal office in Hungary, the main professional profile of which included the fields of civil, business, corporate, labour and property law. Before that he worked at Sportfolió Kft. as legal counsel, where he was engaged in real estate management, development and investment. Earlier he performed work-out activities, portfolio management and sales at PR Workout Kft. He gained his professional experience as a legal clerk and counsel at Postabank és Takarékpénztár Rt. where he was responsible for the management of the bank’s corporate and property investment portfolio and the field of project financing.
